EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT
F.I.I.R ensure that ‘ Inclusive education’ policy must adopted from Primary schools to Higher education across all states in India with true definition of ‘Truly Inlcusion’ that every marginalized child recieve education at Right Time with equal opportunities and without any discrimination .
After R.T.E act , now education is the fundamental right of every child and no child should be deprived of this basic right simply because he/she does not have access to it or does not have the resources to realize his/her dreams . In our mission Heat , Education and Employment is on priority where all citizens/parents/families etc will come together to ensure that India’s children have a better future and to adress the educational issues with integration of all . Apart from it , With Support of C.S.R inititiaves , NGO’s , State and Central Government Support to Sponsor the deprived students for their school/college fees or by providing them scholorships .
As After Completion of Education , Every one Needs Regular Employment either by self employment or to work for someone . In view of it , F.I.I.R Promote employment with focus to reach out to unemployed youth in India across all states , that all marginalised communities/who are less fortunates can live their life with dignity and enjoyed diversity at all workplaces / or recieve the loan for self employment easily from the State Channelizing Agencies directly without any hurdles .
